HELP: Rehabilitating Trafficked Children

Society for Help Entire Lower and rural People (HELP) is an award-winning developmental organization committed to protection of women and children from violence, sexual exploitation, abuse and trafficking. Started by a group of service-minded professionals in 1994, HELP has been recognized as an important policy influencing organization in the country.

HELP is also known to be one of the first organizations in the State to holistically approach the issue of trafficking in persons. We have carried out a range of activities as a part of our Counter Trafficking Measures, viz., from Campaign, Advocacy and sensitization of various stakeholders on the issue for the Rescue, Rehabilitation, and socio-economic Reintegration of trafficked victims.
HELP is registered as a Society and is operational in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

HELP works on the premise that prevention of child trafficking and rehabilitation of exploited victims can be done by different intervention programs at various levels

Asha Sadan

A Home away from home - Asha Sadan provides shelter, care and a safe community for the victims of child trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation

As resource and knowledge centre, HELP has conducted and published various research studies and publications
